Returns and refunds

Due to the type of product we sell, returns and refunds are not possible. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty please provide photo or video evidence so we can discuss with the manufacturer.

Product Availability

Whilst we keep our stock levels online as accurate as possible, we sometimes find that levels can suddenly change, this is more likely during peak periods where we receive a large volume of phone orders along with online orders. If we find ourselves in that situation, we may need to substitute an item in your order. We will always replace with a suitable alternative that will be of equal or greater value. We will always make you aware if this happens.
